Initial assessment is $200
Additional 50 minute session are $110
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Change of Heart participates as an Out of Network Provider. Please feel free to speak to us directly to assess your particular insurance coverage.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
